We stopped for gasoline and snacks in Sargent. Little did we know they had the cheapest gas along the way.

Nuage, our cat who just turned a year old, makes himself at home in the middle of the front - where the video display is fastened for the children to watch DVDs in the back seat.

At one of our pit-stops the children threw rocks into a creek.

And I had to get shots of the actual throwing of rocks, just to test out my new toy!

And then we set up camp at Mineral Creek, near Silverton. We even got there before the sun set completely.
